Marc was super great to work with, and was open about everything from the beginning. WOW, where do I even start? From the beginning, I could tell Marc was a genuine and kind person. We came across his dealership through Facebook Marketplace while looking for a Tesla Model 3 for my girlfriend. Marc was incredibly respectful, honest, and fair about everything. Bought a model Y from Mark in October 2024. This has hands down been the best car buying experience in my life. Marc was upfront, respectful and knowledgeable about everything. He was available to answer questions, but wasn't pushy. He let me test drive multiple cars to find what I liked, and allowed me to spend time meticulously looking through the cars interior, exterior, and service mode, to ensure everything was in good shape. Because he sells used cars, there were a handful of cosmetic defects that I wanted to address as part of the purchase (curb rash, rock chips, small seat tear). Marc was able to recommend some amazing people/shops that were able to get the car looking like it was brand spanking new! Not bad for a vehicle with 85k miles on it. Definitely coming back here for the next one, and the one after that, and the one after that ??.

First place we looked at and we were able to buy a 2020 Used Model X. They were super helpful and the car was really nice. Would recommend to anyone looking for used teslas from actually decent people!

My experience has been way above expectations. I’m a manager at a car dealership and am always hesitant dealing with other car guys/dealerships. Mark is very knowledgeable, has a ton of teslas that qualify for the Federal Tax Rebate, as well a huge inventory of different models and trims. He was able to answer all my questions, and helped me make my decision based off of my budget and explained pros/cons etc for each vehicle he had in my price range. To top it all off he was willing to wholesale it to my dealership so I could arrange my own financing and oversee everything that was done with my credit. It was a great experience. I wish my sales guys had the same energy, customer service and knowledge. Thanks again!

Look, I’ve purchased way too many cars in my life. I’m into the 20’s at this point, which is bordering on obsession. However, the benefit is that I can pass on my vast experience at various car dealerships to my fellow patrons!?? Mountain Auto / Redline Auto are as good as it gets. They are straightforward, honest, and no-nonsense. I had a brand-new Tesla on-order, but ended up cancelling and buying a used one at Mountain Auto instead. They price their cars right, they give you any and all info you may need to make an informed decision, and they’re fair. You can trust me, of all people, when I say that they’re one of the best in the valley. And so you know, this is an unsolicited / unbribed / unforced review. I was just so impressed with them that I felt compelled. If you’re in the market for a used Tesla, look no further!

I bought a car from this dealership a few years ago. The service I received was better than any of the other places I had gone to. I didn't feel like I was being forced into buying a car like most dealers. I received amazing customer service. My dad (who hates every car dealer) helped me to pick up and look at the car I bought. This was the first time I have ever seen him not only impressed with a dealership but also wanting to buy a car in the future from the same place. I would highly recommend them. He even asked me a few years after purchasing my car what the name of this place was so he could try contacting them for a car.

I bought a crosstrek from Marc a little over a year ago. This was my first car ive every bought myself so I spent a VERY long time making sure that I was getting the car I wanted with a good price and value. I had been to multiple dealerships for months and nothing compared to Mountain Auto. Marc is so kind and patient, I had about a million questions and he was able to help me out with everything. Not only was the price of my car was unbeatable but it runs like a charm. I recommend this place whenever i get the chance!

I’m so glad I stumbled upon Marc’s business during my search to rent a campervan for my 2 week trip to Utah. The whole process was very simple and straightforward. Marc was very responsive to all my questions. We had a great time driving Lucy around the entire state and did not have any trouble with the van at all. I stumbled upon Marc's website because of the 'all Subaru' approach to selling and I figured I'd give it a look. He was incredibly responsive by text message and didn't hide anything about the car (small scratches, dings, etc.). I appreciated the honesty as I've been looking for a car that will last me years! In the end, we went up and looked at the car we found and bought it within an hour or two. No horrible dealer experience and no price gaming. Just a simple and honest transaction and I was on my way. I'd highly recommend purchasing from Mountain Auto if you're looking for a good Subaru without the dealer experience.

Can't say enough good things about working with Marc - my daughter was in the market for a Subaru, and we had been to multiple Dealers. We found Marc online as we were reviewing our options, and met him at his small shop in SLC. He was so transparent and open about his vehicles, and offered a true white glove service through the process. He shared the carfax reports, showed service history, and what he had done since purchasing them. He caters to locals and backs his cars with industry warranties. Pricing was good, customer service excellent, and integrity way up there. We look forward to the next Subaru we purchase, and will definitely be visiting Marc at Mountain Auto again.

I've never been a fan of buying vehicles before, but working with Marc was my best experience to date. You get the ease of experience that comes when buying from private seller, as opposed to a larger dealership, but the knowledge and reliability that comes with buying from a licensed dealer.

Marc is a very Honorable honest guy, he sold my wife and I a 2015 Subaru Outback in excellent condition for an incredible price. Marc is very proficient with Subaru and what makes them tick. Each vehicle he gets is usually from an auction, but they are only clean title vehicles where their airbags have never been deployed, and where the factory frames have never been worked on, usually just over 100,000 miles (Big name auto dealers don't want anything over 100k). For a subaru 100k miles is absolutely nothing, you've just gotten them broken in. He also has them checked over by professional mechanics before he turns them around to sell. What does this mean? You are getting a super reliable, safe subaru for an incredibly fair cost. Marc doesn't try to nickel and dime you, he is very quick to show you the carfax on which ever vehicle you choose, and very transparent about the small flaws that a used car might have acquired over the years. Very trust worthy source for a reliable car. Would Most definitely recommend you take your business here. I will be buying my next subaru from him!

Highly, highly recommend going to Marc when considering buying a Subaru. No pressure sale from an honest guy who doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need. He sold me an Impreza at a very fair price and I am loving the car! He even called the Ford dealership after they drained my CVT fluid (instead of oil) to make sure they used the right stuff and had an experienced tech on site. He certainly didn't have to; he'd already made the sale. If you're looking for a laid-back car shopping experience, definitely go with Mountain Auto.

Marc was great in communicating in all aspect throughout the trip! After booking the rental I got a friendly welcome and Marc gave some good insight to how the rental process would work and gave me the chance to ask any additional questions about the trip. From pick up to drop off, Marc was very helpful and communicative. The van was spot on to everything that was listed and it was the perfect setup for a 8 day trip! They only thing we brought on the trip was our cloths and the food, Marc had everything else covered for us on the trip. There are plenty of other larger vans out there to rent, but the price is much higher. Marc's AdVANture camper van was the perfect price and took us anywhere we wanted on the trip. The van is super easy to drive, parks like a car, YET has a great space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. I was really impressed with the overall experience and would come back to Marc for another rental! Thank you for the awesome adventure and we look forward to another trip soon.

Our friend rented a van from Marc to come visit us and we were envious of her cozy home on wheels. We then needed his professional opinion and assist with some of our own van repairs and Marc provided excellent service and went above and beyond to get us back on the road safely. We can recommend him without hesitation whether purchasing, renting or repairing a vehicle.
