Rather than pushing me toward something he had in inventory, he asked questions and helped guide me to the right fit for our rural Montana location -- which he didn't even have in his inventory! Kind, patient and graceful, he was the opposite of the "car dealer" stereotype. I will never shop Tesla anywhere else.

Don't let the small location in a part of the city you don't often visit fool you -- this was a great place to buy a car. My wife and I stopped by with low expectations but ended up purchasing a used Tesla a few days later. Great people. Easy to get a hold of by phone or text and super easy buying process, without any of the normal used-car games (which I hate!) you see elsewhere.

I have to give some honest feedback for my experience here. I was in the market for a used tesla coming from idabo falls. Thats difficult to do because every 18 year old throwing gang signs in their profile pic posts used tesla on marketplace for 5k less than the dealer is ever willing to sell it for. They only respond if you can be there in 20 min ready to buy and 9 times out of 10 they have no idea where the vehicle even is. Marc is an honest person, he gave me real numbers, real advice on tesla ownership, and made it worth the drive down. Marc actually convinced me that a new Tesla with the special financing and tax credit might be the best option for me, which I hadn't really considered prior to visiting his dealership. I ended going that route after deciding he was right. My point is, there aren't very many good, honest, and genuine people out there anymore. The next time im in the market for a used vehicle or know refer anyone looking for a used EV, you better believe it'll be his dealer that I send them to.

Bought a model Y from Mark in October 2024. This has hands down been the best car buying experience in my life. Marc was upfront, respectful and knowledgeable about everything. He was available to answer questions, but wasn't pushy. He let me test drive multiple cars to find what I liked, and allowed me to spend time meticulously looking through the cars interior, exterior, and service mode, to ensure everything was in good shape. Because he sells used cars, there were a handful of cosmetic defects that I wanted to address as part of the purchase (curb rash, rock chips, small seat tear). Marc was able to recommend some amazing people/shops that were able to get the car looking like it was brand spanking new! Not bad for a vehicle with 85k miles on it. Definitely coming back here for the next one, and the one after that, and the one after that ??.

My experience has been way above expectations. I’m a manager at a car dealership and am always hesitant dealing with other car guys/dealerships. Mark is very knowledgeable, has a ton of teslas that qualify for the Federal Tax Rebate, as well a huge inventory of different models and trims. He was able to answer all my questions, and helped me make my decision based off of my budget and explained pros/cons etc for each vehicle he had in my price range. To top it all off he was willing to wholesale it to my dealership so I could arrange my own financing and oversee everything that was done with my credit. It was a great experience. I wish my sales guys had the same energy, customer service and knowledge. Thanks again!
